Intel SSDs To Hit 160GB

Intel’s Z-P140 solid state drive is but a predecessor to superior drives in the future (2008 to be exact). According to Intel’s flash memory marketing head Troy Winslow, the chipmakerwill be introducing a series of 1.8″ and 2.5″ drives which target ultraportable devices sometime later that year.
