Projectors that do Curved Surfaces

Matsushita managed to develop a couple of business-oriented projectors which are able to output images on curved surfaces, and that can be achieved without the need for any additional components. I wonder what the feeling is like, watching an image or even a movie on a curved surface - will it be radically different and much more immersive, or will it offer me a royal headache in the end? The two projectors are the PT-D12000 and PT-DZ12000, boasting a brightness

of 12,000 lumens. Since it uses a 300W lamp by the traditional 250W lamp, it features an improved thermal design to keep things running cool.
